To check out the newest issue - Click on the Newsletter link to the right of this post, you will get a low resolution version.
If you want clearer pictures,once on the Google Docs page, you will see the Title of the document, then under that three options: Share/ Download/ Print (see example below). Click on the "Download" and you will be able to download the high resolution version.
