Next week is Earth Week and our Volunteer Appreciation Dinner on Thursday Night from 6:00 - 8:30 pm. If you are one of our active volunteers or interns over the last year, don't miss this event at the beach house. We will provide a main dish and drinks, volunteers bring sides or desserts. Please RSVP by Tuesday so we know how much to order from our side. It is always delightful to have a sunset dinner on the island!
You can bring one guest, just let us know. And we can finally update our images from last year (see the slide show to the right).
AND Earth Day at the Mall, Earth Day At the Mall, Friday, April 22 from 10 am - 3 pm. Basically we will do a similar set of activities to what we did at the Waikiki Aquarium. Let us know if you are interested. See the calendar.
As usual, thank yous are in order for all of the help this last week. John, Michael (and his wife), Christina, Gary, Katie, Kathe - and Don, Sarah, Chris, Bridget and Cindy came to help last Saturday. Finally, Don and Ron came in to glue pipes together for the new water table today.
